What's an Agora you ask? The term is an old Greek word meaning "assembly" or "gathering" but is often interchangeable with markets! The Almond Orchard Agora has a nice ring to it! Our shopping center will be hosting a monthly market for all local artisans, crafters, creators and all other small businesses to support the Chico creative community. This is a growing market and we are always looking for new vendors to add to the mix whether you are an artist, crafter, baker, or creator of things we welcome all applications. Look out for updates on how to become a vendor or check out who will be attending by following @almondorchardagora on both Instagram and Facebook!

This event is held the first Saturday of every month from 11:00am-3:00pm at the Almond Orchard Shopping Center.
Did you know Butte County has two Gem & Mineral Clubs?
Oroville is home to the Feather River Lapidary & Mineral Society and hosts an annual Gem show at the Silver Dollar Fair Grounds in September.
Paradise has it's own Gem & Mineral club on the ridge and is up running with classes and events including their annual Gem show in April.
