Class Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to come to a class you have signed up for at the store, please let us know at least two days in advance. We will reschedule you for another class or give you store credit for the value of the class. Due to the fact that many of our teachers travel to teach these classes, if you do not give us sufficient notice we will be unable to reschedule you or give you store credit. You may always send someone in your place if you wish.
Trade Show Class Cancellation Policy
We apologize, but we must travel and therefore prepare materials for these classes far in advance of the shows. We are therefore unable to refund or reschedule these classes past the date listed on the show's website. You may always send someone in your place if you wish.
Beading Repairs & Requests
All Basic Fixes: $5.00 (per item needing fixed, materials sold separately)
Epoxy/Resin: $10.00 per 1-3 items (materials not included)
Stretch Bracelets: $7.50 per strand (does not include woven stretchy)
Basic Stringing: $20.00 Per Foot
Knotting: $4.00 Per Inch
Cage Wrap (simple): $12.00 Per piece (some materials included)
Wire Wrap (Fancy): $45.00 Per Piece (materials sold separately)
Linking: $5.00 Each Link (Materials Not included)
Multiple Items: $30.00 Minimun fee (additional $15.00 after 30 min per 15 min. )
Consultation Apt. or Design Fee: $25.00 Per Hour (does not include materials or labor)
Identification/Apprasial Fee: $15.00 Minimum fee with appointment (unscheduled $25.00 to start)
Fabrication Repairs & Requests
Metal Work:
Can we fix it fee?: $5.00 minimun/apprasial
Torch Time: $10.00 Per Hour (must have taken qualifying class)
Custome Work: $45.00 Per Hour (1 hour minimum, materials not included)
Finish Work (polish/file/saw/ect...) $30.00 Per Hour (30 minute minimum)
