It all started in downtown Chico with seed beads, Czech glass, and trade beads that included vintage venetian beads. Now residing in the Almond Orchard Shopping center, String Bead offers an almost endless selection of different styles of beads, components and tools for all your craft needs.

We know every little bit helps these days and with rising percent in sales tax, as of March, when it comes to the cost of doing business. Which is why we have brought back wholesale here at String Bead. In order to qualify for a tax exempt purchase, individuals will need to bring in or show a copy of a valid Resale License at time of purchase as well as fill out a wholesale application per California requirements. Individuals must understand and agree to the terms & use of Resale License at String Bead. Please contact us at stringbeadsocial@gmail.com for an application or come in during business hours to fill one out.
